Hello,
my name is Derek Carlson. I am a licensed Realtor with over 15 years of sales
experience and an unparalleled work ethic. I have worked diligently over the
course of my life to maintain an impeccable reputation. A reputation built on
trust, loyalty, integrity, and determination.

I
was born in Chicago, but have called Florida home since 1989, when my family
moved to Florida. I grew up in the Palm Harbor area, but I currently reside in
Land O Lakes, Florida. I have worked in the Greater Tampa Bay and St.
Petersburg area for over 20 years, and have a vast amount of knowledge of the
area.

I
am the father of two sons, Tate, who is 12, and Gage, who is 15. We are very
active, we love being on the water, wakeboarding, fishing, swimming, basically
anything on a lake or in the ocean. We also love sports, I still play hockey
and I coach my 15 year old's Baseball team and I coach my 12 year old's soccer
team when they are in season. We also love animals, we have 3 German Shepherds,
2 cats, and two Bearded Dragons. My girlfriend shares my core values, with a
tremendous work ethic and a reputation of being loved and respected. We
currently attend Grace Family Church in Lutz, Fl, and try to volunteer in the
community as much as we can, serving others whenever possible.
